Early in her career, Sheila embarked on a two-year sabbatical to serve with the Peace Corps in Kenya. It was during this transformative experience in Kenya that she unearthed her passion for aiding others. As a result, she later established a non-profit organization named Kenya Amini, committed to supporting underprivileged Kenyan youth.
In her pursuit of aiding and uplifting individuals, Sheila obtained her Reiki certification in Reiki Holy Fire. She enjoys practicing Reiki, offering grounding energy to her clients and guiding them to a serene, tranquil state. She discovered a deep affinity for guiding meditations and decided to delve further into this passion by obtaining certification as a Consulting Hypnotist with the National Guild of Hypnotist. Sheila finds great satisfaction in hypnosis, as it aids in harmonizing the rational mind with emotions, facilitating the transformation of restrictive habits and beliefs.
Sheila's focus remains on assisting people in unlocking their true potential and radiating their inner brilliance - her mission is to help them GLOW!
